Payment Terms

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
  • Payment must be completed before delivery for online orders
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available for orders above ₹300
  • UPI payments are preferred for faster processing
  • Bulk orders may require advance payment

🚨 Important Delivery Notes

  • Someone must be available to receive the delivery at the specified address
  • Delivery may be delayed due to traffic or weather conditions
  • We will contact you 30 minutes before delivery
  • Re-delivery charges may apply if delivery is missed

Quality Issues

  • We will investigate the issue within 2 hours
  • Full refund or replacement will be provided for genuine quality issues
  • Quality complaints must be raised within 2 hours of delivery

Cancellation & Refunds

Free Cancellation: 100% refund if cancelled within 1 hour of order placement.

1-3 Hours

Partial Refund: 80% refund as preparation may have started.

After 3 Hours

No Refund: Order cannot be cancelled as preparation is complete.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • For cash payments, refund via UPI or bank transfer
  • Refund confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

🔄 Product Availability

Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to substitute with similar products.

💰 Maximum Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed and does not include consequential damages.
